Devonshire Tea Afternoon Sails

Fra AUD 70,00 AU$
  • Varighed: 150 Minutter (Ca.)
  • Sted: East Devonport, TAS
  • Produkt kode: CR002

Description

Set sail just like in days of old on this fully restored heritage listed tall ship.  Enjoy historic information about the Mersey River and Devonport, view the magnificent dolerite cliffs around the Bluff and Don Heads and the magical Tasmania landscape stretched out before you.

While on board our friendly crew will serve you mouth watering home made scones, Ashgrove cream and locally made jam with a hot beverage to wrap cold hands around.  Enjoy the homeward journey by singing along with favourite old time tunes to see us back to the jetty.  Land ahoy!

While on board you’ll hear more about the ketch, now the last of the original fishing vessels that plied the seas around the Bass Strait and islands.

At certain times of year there are also visits from some of our friendly ocean dwellers like dolphins, seals and whales.  Keep a weather eye out and you just might get the chance of a photo or two.
